Sometimes I see course creators with a promise that is one of a kind, but it’s neither clear nor easy to remember.
I see other course creators with a promise that is easy to remember, but it’s not really clear and it’s certainly not one of a kind.
When your promise is clear, easy to remember, and one of a kind, it makes marketing and selling a breeze.
I mean, you plug that promise into our frameworks and you’ll have a profitable sales engine up and running in no time.
But nailing your promise is no simple feat.
And if you don’t, you’ll sell some courses, but it’s going to be very difficult to reach six figures and even more difficult to reach seven.
When your offer is clear, your ideal customer will instantly realize this is what they’ve been looking for.
Honestly, a clear offer will take their breath away and make them feel like you’ve been camping out inside of their brain and watching their thoughts as closely as they’ve been watching the latest season of Vanderpump Rules.
Now, when your offer is easy to remember, you become unforgettable.
Your offer is going to rattle around inside their brain until they can’t resist any longer and they immediately enroll.
When your offer is one of a kind, you make heads swivel and you instantly attract the attention of those who need it the most.
It’s the exact thing they need and they can’t get it from anyone else.
Crafting an irresistible offer is so important.

I know some of you that are listening right now have an automated webinar funnel, but what I’m talking about is a profitable sales engine, which is kind of like an automated webinar funnel on steroids, way more profitable for you and way more fun to deliver.
I cannot tell you how many course creators who come to us that are this close to closing their funnel down.
They’ve bought just about every course and they’ve worked with just about every coach, and they’ve tried time and time again to make their automated webinar convert, but nothing seems to work.
Sure, all those courses and coaches may help you get a couple sales, but you didn’t put your blood, sweat, and tears into building this business for a couple sales.

Whether you’re creating content for your Instagram Reels or an Instagram ad, that content needs to attract people who are aware they have problems, a problem that only you can solve.
Whether you’re producing organic or paid content, it needs to effectively build an audience full of people experiencing the exact problems that your course can solve.
And that is difficult to do if your offer is unclear, forgettable, and blends in with all your competitors.
Now, in some cases, those problem-aware people aren’t even aware that solutions exist.
But in other cases, they’ve tried a ton of different solutions and so far, nothing has worked.
So your content, whether it’s organic or paid, needs to properly address both groups.
Once you nail your offer and have a clear outline of what your profitable sales engine will look like, creating this type of problem-aware content to share in ads or social media becomes so much easier and way more fun.
Imagine the feeling of certainty that comes with knowing that every time you published a podcast episode, made a post on social media, or ran a new ad campaign, it would result in profits in your pocket right away.
When that happens, content creation becomes fun.
Why?
Because you’re leveraging the attention of your audience who is consuming that content and you’re sending them straight to your profitable sales engine which can run with or without you.
Yet, I see so many course creators start with content.
They waste so much time and energy creating content when they have an offer that is unclear, completely forgettable, and blends in with just about everyone.
Or worse, maybe they have a great offer and great content, but they’re relying on the launch model and all that great content is just a waste.
People get excited to buy, but they can’t.
Nobody wants to wait until your next launch to buy.
Why would they when they can go next door and buy it from someone else, someone who has all three things working together, an offer, a profitable sales engine, and problem-aware content that is sending loads of ideal customers, including people from your audience, straight to their sales engine.
They are turning your audience into their customers, and you are left with a frustrated audience who could have bought from you, but they didn’t.
