So, if you try to change it through Periscope’s website, they will tell you to email them. You can email them directly from their website and it looks like this:
When you email them through this form, you will get an automated reply that assigns you a number and confirms your request. Then you will hear crickets. You’ll reply and hear crickets. You’ll do the whole thing again, get assigned a new number, and hear more crickets. Chirp chirp.
WHAT TO DO
1. Click here to email them.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Wait a day.
4. Follow @periscopehelp on Twitter.
5. Send them a DM via Twitter and include your assigned customer number.
Easy, right?
