You pull them aside and say, “Ok. What is going on here…You both look better than you have in YEARS. What are you doing?”
They reveal they’ve both been using the exact same skin care cream.
You get the name, grab your phone and IMMEDIATELY order it online, without EVEN thinking about the price.
THAT’S the power of community.
So, what exactly IS a community?
A community is a place where people who share a common interest gather to have conversations and build relationships.
Let’s get back to that party I was talking about.
If the owner of the skincare company came in and started telling you to buy, would you?
Of course not.
Yet, that is exactly how business owners are trying to sell and it’s COSTING them massive amounts of cash.
The fastest way to turn a complete stranger into a lifelong customer is NOT by pitching in their face every two seconds…
…The fastest way to convert strangers into buyers is by leading them into your community.
That’s because your COMMUNITY will sell for you.
Your members will be in your group everyday talking about how amazing your products and services are, driving people into a buying frenzy!
WHY DO YOU NEED A COMMUNITY FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
At the VERY beginning of this video, I talked about a one hit wonder.
You’ve probably seen these people before.
They burst onto the online scene, launch a product, make a few thousand dollars…

There are SO MANY social media platforms that claim to be the perfect place to build your community.
But the truth is, most of them are no different than a billboard for your offerings.
Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and your Facebook business page are great places to PUSH your content…
…but that’s not a community.
A community PULLS people in and gives you the opportunity to connect with your customers and build relationships.
A community is a place where you can have a REAL dialog with your customers…
…and where they can interact with each other!
I’m talking about an actual back and forth conversation. A place where you can watch your community members interact WITH EACH OTHER in real time.
The BEST place to build an online community is by hosting a Facebook group.
In your Facebook group, you’ll be able to start, continue, and encourage conversation.
A Facebook group is not just about pushing your content, it’s about the back and forth, and that’s not something you can easily do on other social media platforms.
Facebook lets your audience talk to EACH OTHER as well as you, and that’s where you get deep customer insights.
Unsurprisingly, it’s also where your business starts to really take off!
The conversations your audience has in your group can tell you what they’re struggling with, how they’re attempting to solve the problem, and that’s really valuable.
This allows you to design products and services tailor made for you community.
