It’s tempting to think people are just lazy. However, more often than not I found laziness is NOT the case for people who don’t complete an online course.
As an entrepreneur who is seeking to make an impact, I encourage you to let go of defensiveness and accusatory emotions. I know it’s tempting to place blame on the individual, especially since you’ve poured your heart and soul into the creation this course…
But the BEST thing you can do for your students and for your business is to respond with curiosity. There’s almost always an underlying reason for why someone didn’t complete your course. If you respond with curiosity you are allowing yourself to see your audience, students, and course from an entirely new perspective.
