When I first started my business I was working in EVERY ROLE possible. I was customer service, tech support, marketing and the social media manager.
Do you think that’s how I’m spending my time now?
If you are just starting your business NAME you may find yourself in the same position, but as you scale your business this won’t work.
You’re going to have to learn to stop and ask yourself, “Is this the best use of MY time? Is this something that will grow my business or is it something I can delegate or automate?”
